Cancellation & Refunds
Any booking can be cancelled upto 4 weeks before start of Tour with full refund of advance paid after deduction of 10% File and Processing charges calculated on the total cost of package.
• 25% cancellation charges of total cost of package will be levied if canceled within 4 weeks to 10 days before the start of the tour.
• 50% cancellation charges of total cost of package will be levied if canceled within 10 days to 3 days before the start of the tour.
• No refund for cancellation / amendment within 3 days of tour or after starting or middle of the tour.
• Cancellation charges levied by Hotels/Volvo/Airlines/IRCTC/Cab Operators towards the advance paid shall be over and above the company cancellation charges.
To be eligible for a cancellation with refund, your cancellation must be submitted in writing by email within the eligible period.
Hotel Reservations, Air tickets, rail tickets, bus bookings can be refunded only as per the policy of the respective service provider and company. Oliput Holidays is not responsible for any denial of refund by any of the third party vendors.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Cancellation due to Force Majeure, riots, change in government policy or incremental weather conditions. The refund issued will vary based on the third party vendor policies.
No refund is issued for any unused service / Transportation / missed sightseeing or reduction in the duration of tour.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your cancellation request is received in writing, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as per policy.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale / discounted Packages (if applicable)
Only regular priced Tour Packages may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted package tours cannot be refunded as they are non cancellable.
Rescheduling (if applicable)
We only reschedule tours once if they are requested at least 15 days before the start of journey. If you need to reschedule it, send us an email at info@Oliput.com.
Complimentary Inclusions / Gifts
If the item was marked as a Complimentary / gift when tour is purchased, the same shall be included in the package as per the itinerary only. No credit shall be available if complimentary services are not used.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS/BREAKDOWN IN VOLVO, TRAIN OR FLIGHTS OR BREAKDOWN OF CABS. NO REFUND / COMPENSATION SHALL BE PROVIDED AS THESE ARE THIRD PARTY SERVICES. WE SHALL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE A SPEEDY RESOLUTION ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS HOWEVER, WE HOLD NO CONTROL OVER SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICES.
